Is type 2 diabetes reversible?

Yes, it is possible to completely heal and be free of diabetes. To treat is different than heal. Treat means manage, one would learn how to manage the condition when it happens and carry on with life. At a physical level, only treatment is possible. Healing is possible only at a deeper inner level when you recognise that diabetes is not something that one needs to get rid of. Instead, we need to bring that part of our body that is not fully alive back to holistic aliveness.

There could be many physical causes for chronic conditions like diabetes such as lifestyle habits, hereditary, environmental, etc. I refer to these physical causes as secondary cause. But there is only one deep primary cause which I have explained in detail in my book linked below.

To heal from such chronic disease conditions it is not necessary to know the cause. In fact it is better not to go into an intellectual quest for knowing the cause because that is a mind journey. One needs to step away from their mind journeys or constant mental activity and commence a deeper journey into their awareness starting with their body.

The remedy I am proposing here is effective and it always works with any chronic disease condition. I know because I have experience with my own healing as well as facilitating others to heal. I have suffered from several debilitating chronic health conditions for three decades of my life from my thirties to my fifties.

Six years ago all that changed after I went through a life transforming journey into my awareness. It not only transformed my life, it has enabled me to guide several others out of their supposedly incurable chronic disease conditions permanently. The remedy is actually very simple but its simplicity itself makes it deceptive and difficult to consistently practice.

Our logical thinking-mind is unable to believe and sustain the practice for the required duration for complete healing to happen. That is why, in addition to knowing what needs to be done, one needs mentoring support through this journey of healing. The remedy is “grounding” and retaining the state of grounding throughout the day. In other words we need to learn to sync the vibrational frequency of our brainwaves with the frequency of the earth’s electromagnetic field. This syncing is called grounding and it takes us to our Happy Place within ourselves.
