Long term practice with meditation raises one’s energy vibrations to a higher state of mind. Actually when you measure the frequency of this higher mind vibrations it is a lower frequency in terms of hertz. Zero to four hertz is a state of deepest meditation or samadhi and is called Delta state. Theta state is four to eight hertz and it is a powerfully healing state. Alpha state is eight to twelve hertz and this is the quiet state of mind most often attained during meditation or practice of energy movements and is known as the grounded state of being.
