Meditation is simply rest for our mind from the incessant engagement with mental activity. It is a state of non-doing being and allows our minds to get rejuvenated after a short period of resting quietly. Visualisation is only one of the tools to wind down or slow down the restless mental activity. I would like to suggest the following for you.
Two minutes of sitting with FGCB, followed by three minutes of gentle body movements (Deep crossing energy movements) and Five minutes of eyes open meditation called witnessing the four simultaneous activities.
