How do I manage a severe headache after a migraine?

I can give you the best home remedy to completely heal and be free from migraine. To treat is different than heal. Treat means manage, one would learn how to manage the condition when it happens and carry on with life. At a physical level, only treatment is possible. I think permanent healing is better than temporary managing. Healing is possible only at a deeper inner level.

There could be hundreds of secondary causes for migraine headaches, but there is only one deep primary cause which I have explained in detail in my book linked below. To heal from this condition it is not necessary to know the cause. In fact it is better not to go into an intellectual quest for knowing the cause because that is a mind journey. I have suffered from debilitating headaches for over twenty years of my life from my thirties to my fifties. In fact I would be having a mild headache all the time, 24 x 7 for over two decades. Once every few days it will spike up to unbearable proportions and make me bedridden for a day or two.

Six years ago all that changed after I went through a life transforming journey into my awareness. It not only transformed my life, it has enabled me to guide several others out of their headaches permanently.
