How do I wake up in the morning and study?

Let us explore the underlying goal or intention behind this question. Is it, to be able to have a better absorption and retention capacity for studying? Maybe one assumes that they would be able to focus better and deeply absorb and assimilate all that they study if they wake up early in the morning and study. Another purpose could be to have an ability to remember and recall all that we have studied whenever it is most needed, such as during an examination or during an interview. Whatever we study gets loaded onto our short term memory and erased after a period of time unless it gets transferred into our deep long term memory, which happens not while studying but while resting our mind.

We need to understand our circadian rhythm and our sleep requirements properly to be able to bring our the best of us to our study.
