How has practicing mindfulness or meditation from the realm of self-help positively influenced your mental well-being?

FGCB and DC which are two most effective mindfulness and meditation techniques have led to deep healing and transformation in my life. After starting to practice with these two techniques at the age of 54, seven years ago, I have not needed any other medication or treatment so far.

Not only that, this practice has completely healed all my ailments so much so that at the age of 61, I am now more agile and energetic than in my 30’s as can be seen in “The Story of my Awareness Journey” on my website Welcome – Awareness Journey.
