Awareness Journey

I can bring my heart rate down to 30 BPM in a meditative state. Does anyone else experience the same?

That is a fantastic milestone to attain and I congratulate you for this. 30 beats per minute would roughly correspond to eight breaths per minute. Six to eight breaths per minute is normal for any long term meditation practioner and I usually experience this within a few minutes into my meditation practice every time although I rarely count my breaths or pulse during or after practice.

I would recommend not to keep measuring this often and instead simply be with your meditation. You can know the depth of your meditative experience by sensing how you feel, such as expansive, still, peaceful etc.

This state of deep meditation helps in various ways when you hold certain healing intentions or when you gently state certain affirmations or visualisations. Healing from any ailments, both for self and others, healing relationships, fostering abundance, are possible outcomes when you direct the healing energies that you would be able to access in that state.

I am not sure, maybe you already do so. I am wondering about the real question behind your question and would like to connect with you to share my learnings and also to seek to learn.
