One side headache happens due to energy imbalance in our energy body. The easiest and quickest way to balance our energies is by doing FGCB and Deep Crossing. This is a five minute practice and it would be helpful to learn it first when you are not suffering from headache so that you would be able to practice it as soon as you begin feeling slight pain rather than allowing it to go on and become intense pain.
You can read this article to learn and practice FGCB.
What are some breathing exercises for beginners who struggle with focusing on their breath while meditating?
You can watch this YouTube video to learn and practice Deep crossing.
These remedies work much better as preventive practices or at least when you do it just as the headache is beginning. Once it becomes too severe one would not be able to do these practices as the headache would be too distracting. If you can cultivate a habit of returning back to these two practices once every two hours throughout the day for a few weeks, you can permanently say goodbye to one sided headaches.
