Awareness Journey

What preventive measures can individuals take to reduce the risk of common illnesses such as colds and flu?

From the perspective of Energy Healing and Ayurveda, the primary cause of low immunity, which makes one susceptible to frequent infections, is often linked to a highly acidic blood pH. This condition is primarily the result of an imbalance in our energies.

It’s a common observation that people spend most of their lives engrossed in and reacting to the external world. Even in solitude, our thoughts frequently orbit around external affairs, confining us within the boundaries of our Thinking-Mind. This detachment from our bodily presence, particularly an obliviousness to our breathing, is what I refer to as unconscious living in my book “Inner Alchemy.”

Such unconscious breathing habits lead to utilising less than ten percent of our lung capacity, leaving the vast majority of our lungs filled with carbon dioxide. This accumulation is a significant contributor to acidic blood pH.

Fortunately, there are gentle and gradual remedies available through adopting simple practices. My ebook, “Transformative Practices: The Inner Alchemy Resource Guide,” offers guidance on this journey of healing and recovery. It introduces practices like Fixed Gazing and Conscious Breathing, Deep Crossing Energy Movements, Gentle Tapping, along with other holistic stretching and flexing exercises. These are detailed through illustrations, step-by-step instructions, and links to YouTube demonstration videos and guided meditation audios.

By learning to transition from a state of constant mental engagement to one of calm awareness through these practices, you can awaken the body’s inherent healing abilities. This empowerment enables a life free from frequent infections and chronic illnesses.

For those interested in exploring these transformative practices further, “Transformative Practices: The Inner Alchemy Resource Guide” is available on Amazon at a moderate price. Access to this resource, along with my other works, is very easy—simply search for my name on Amazon.
