The only 3Rd eyed person I know of is Lord Shiva and when he touches my third eye, it will open up and I will feel blessed, fulfilled, and ultimately blissful. I think this has already happened to me a few years ago because since then my third eye is open.
Although some pictures of Lord Shiva actually depict a third eye in the forehead just like the normal eyes, it is allegorical and not literally so. It means opening up the ability to see beyond what is perceived by the five physical senses of eyesight, hearing, smelling, tasting and touching. When third eye is open it means intuitive perception is open or in other words our Intuitive Mind is awake and active. Everyone has an intuitive mind and it is merely sleeping because of being disused and ignored.
